1. What happens if my customers dont pay even after you've called?
CA$H IN account managers are trained to recognize the difference between a good customer with cash flow problems and a customer with no intention of paying. CA$H IN will alert you as soon as we identify a past due as being uncollectible through our service, enabling you to make a timely decision that will maintain your chance of collecting your money.
2. How much does CA$H IN charge for handling our accounts receivable?
CA$H IN works on a flat rate basis, not the 20% to 50% percent collection agencies typically charge. Our clients find this less costly and more effective than having their own employees tackle collection problems and eventually turning to a collection agency. 3. What if my customers are out of state?
CA$H IN handles accounts throughout the United States and Canada.
4. Why would I use CA$H IN instead of a regular collection agency?
A company will use CA$H IN when their needs are to reduce accounts receivable days outstanding (DSO), reduce bad debt losses, and/or to manage internal collection activity more efficiently and more effectively, rather than to collect bad debt.
5. How long will it be before I see results?
We generally begin working the day after we receive your order. Once your account manager begins making calls, you can expect to see results within 7-10 days.
6. How will I know what you are really doing?
We provide two daily reports that will tell you exactly what we're doing, who is going to pay, when they are going to pay and how much they are going to pay.
We maintain a secure location on our website for each of our customers. Online reports are updated daily. For our customers that are not online, reports are provided weekly via e-mail or fax.
Custom reports are available for a one time fee.
